PETROKRYM TOV ("Petrokrym", "we") operates a café and a bar, a non-specialised store and a wholesale trade. This policy explains how we process the personal data of guests, customers and business partners, in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" and the GDPR where applicable.

1. Controller

2. Table bookings and events

For bookings we process your name, phone number, date, time and party size. For private events we also process the organiser's contacts and menu choices. Allergy information you give us is used only for your meal and deleted after the visit.

3. Age checks

Staff may ask to see an identity document to confirm that a guest is 18 or over before serving alcohol. The document is not copied or recorded.

4. Shop and café purchases

Purchases are recorded through cash registers without personal data. If you pay by card, payment is processed by the bank; we see only the last digits of the card on the receipt.

5. Wholesale customers

Business contacts, orders, delivery addresses and invoices.

6. Video surveillance

The entrance, counter and cash desk may be monitored by CCTV for security. Signs indicate monitored areas. Recordings are kept for up to 14 days.

7. Purposes and grounds

Performance of contracts (bookings, sales), legal obligations (accounting, age restrictions), legitimate interests (security of guests and staff), and consent (allergy information, marketing).

8. Recipients

Banks processing card payments, our accountant and tax authorities. We do not sell personal data.

9. Retention

  • Table bookings: 1 month after the visit.
  • Event contracts and wholesale records: as required by accounting law.
  • CCTV: up to 14 days.

10. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion (subject to legal retention), restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy and withdraw consent. We reply within 30 days. Complaints may be addressed to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
